Teaching Great Online Classes… and an Octopus
By now you’re tired of sheltering in place, masks, and endless hot sex involving melted chocolate…. and you’re asking, “What else can I do that’s fun, during these dark times?”

But of course you want to do a superb job, you stable genius perfectionist, you! That’s where this class comes in. Learn some really excellent tips and techniques for teaching online from two top teachers (alliteration), Amber K and Azrael Arynn K (more alliteration, AND each voted into the Top 100 Ardantane Faculty List, more than once).
What guidelines will help the class or training session run smoothly? How you you fascinate your students, capturing and holding attention from the start? What are the “do’s and dont’s” of creating attractive, effective slides? What information must you include, and what should be left out? How can you easily handle trolls, interruptors, usurpers, and evil archvillains?

Amber KAuthor & Executive Director of Ardantane
Amber K was not trained in the Craft at her grandmother’s knee, and does not come from a long line of hereditary Witches.
In 1978, she joined the Temple of the Pagan Way in Chicago, and received her initiation and ordination there. She has worked with Circle, New Earth Circle, and The Pool of Bast, and helped found the Coven of Our Lady of the Woods (OLW) and the Ladywood Tradition of Wicca. She has served as Publications Officer and National First Officer of the Covenant of the Goddess, and taught in the Cella (priestess) training program of RCG, a national Dianic network.
Amber is the author of True Magick, Covencraft, and other books on the Craft and magick including co-writing Candlemas with Azrael K, The Heart of Tarot, and the award-winning RitualCraft. She is also the Executive Director of Ardantane, Dean of the School of Pagan Leadership, and a Blessed Beavers Coordinator.
She is married to Azrael Arynn K, and has a son, Starfire. Amber’s interests include mountains and forests, dolphins, travel, science fiction, collecting large antique keys, art, reading, and all things magickal. Her role models include Doreen Valiente, Lao Tse, Xena the Warrior Princess, and Snoopy.

Azrael Arynn KAuthor & Dean of the School of Sacred Living
Azrael Arynn K brings to the Craft her experience as a police officer, race car driver, stockbroker, and architectural designer, as well as a a law degree. She is a talented costume designer and ritualist, and a third degree priestess in the Ladywood Tradition of Wicca.
She is Dean of the School of Sacred Living and is the primary designer of the Ardantane campus.
Azrael met Amber K at a Wicca 101 sponsored by Our Lady of the Woods in 1992 and they were handfasted in 1994 and were legally married in Iowa in 2011. With Amber she has taught many workshops at Pagan festivals and conferences. They have co-written Candlemas, The Heart of Tarot, the award-winning RitualCraft and How to Become a Witch.
She has served as National 2nd Officer for Covenant of the Goddess, and First Officer of Chamisa Local Council of COG.
Her interests include enjoying the outdoors, foxes, travel, mystery novels, collecting pink china, art, watching figure skating, gardening, and all things British.
